1. Escrow Container Resolution - New Message
   1. All users involved in a container resolution will receive a message via the message center informing them what they got.
2. Escrow Containers - Category Updates
   1. Structure Ornaments, Outdoor Decors & Cars were removed from production because of the crates mechanism. 
   2. We are structuring how to implement a solution that will once again allow developers to use those items on escrow container transactions.
